EXECUTIVE THINKING©:
Transformational Leadership Through Holistic Knowing
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This one year program consists of twelve modules and an introduction that address skill building in each of the six areas of knowing. The rest of the sessions are devoted to real world applications and in depth self-discovery and growth.
This program is designed for both intact work groups and small groups of individuals. Group size ranges from 10-16 people to allow for personal attention and close interaction. The focus of the program is on personal change and skill building, so there is a "fallow" time designed between each segment of the program to allow for real life experience, the practice of skills and self awareness through projects involving normal work issues. This program brings together three new tools to help managers and leaders in the workplace, Holistic Knowing, the Transformational Learning and Performance Matrix, and the Spectrum of Human Needs. This leadership experience will form a solid platform upon which to build a sustainable approach for change. During this program participants can expect to:
MODULE DESCRIPTION

Systems Thinking - 3, 3 Day sessions + Dialogue
Gaining appreciation for systems thinking, understanding of the characteristics
of a system and the application of that knowledge to organizational systems.
Includes some information on design.
Creativity: Inventing As We Go - 5 Days (2 weekends)
An exploration of processes and practices that open up creative expression.
Including the organizational implications.
All modules are available independently but those modules that require dialogue need a 3 month commitment. All workshops and seminars include experiential learning, guest speakers, resources and texts.
