Executive Coaching: Personal Wisdom

The move to a knowledge-based workplace creates the recogntion that prospering requires the organization of tomorrow to develop both individual and organizational wisdom. Executive Coaching fosters the development of personal wisdom. Whole person development increases authenticity and the capacity for integrity and moral courage. We undertake this journey in groups or privately, to personally grow in our wholeness, change our mental models, and open our hearts. Working together you will begin to craft a legacy, gain compassion, attain peace of mind, and experss the joy of your being.

Traditionally coaching is done to improve performance. The focus is in how you do things, and the coach is there to watch and make recommendations. That's not what I do.

Your journey is unique. Together we will co-create your learning expedition into wholeness. You may work on your own or work with a select group of others on the same path. We may work face-to-face, on the telephone, or by e-mail. You make design a program around a particular need or issue, or you may set a timeframe for working together.
